I binged last night hence diarrhea this morning (which probably accounts for my one pound loss) Right back on track today and I may or may not have a loss tomorrow or the next day after that. My minigoal is 243 by the 11th, as that would make a 20 pound loss since my restart on Jan.11. But in actuality, losing 2 or 3 pounds a month will get you there in time, and our bodies don't always lose so easily, especially as you get closer to your normal weight. I have a LONG LONG way to go in that regard.....
