Default huh?

Yes. Stop eating pizza!

If you crave pizza (and who doesn't?), you might want to try this scrumptious dish:

But come now...those were the only carbs you ate yesterday??

You're probably just holding water because your body is not used to the refined carbohydrates. Go back to strict low carb eating for a few days and the water should disappear.

Where are your 2-3 cups of mandatory veggies ???

You know you need natural fiber to flush that pizza away!!!

diet coke has carbs, and aspartame - a 600ml bottle has 1g carb in it

Eggs also have carbs - 1 medium sized egg has 0.5g carbs

Just a suggestion but try using Fitday.com so you can see how much you are really eating

Fiona

ps oh and the pizza quiche is AMAZING!!!! try it

Yep, the pizza quiche is AWESOME.

You may have an aspartame sensitivity. I can't use it -- especially if I'm also using products containing maltitol -- stalls me BIG TIME.
