Has anyone tried this? I think I may try a batch later on and let you know how it goes.

OMG! I experimented with coconut oil, cocoa powder and splenda and came up with the same exact original recipe! When I decided to post it here, what do I discover but that there is already a recipe called COCONUT BARK! Yippee!

Next time I do these I'm going to add some Boyajian Lime Oil. That candy company that makes the cute orange-shaped chocolate wedges at Christmastime used to do a lime one that was to-die-for. If you're not familiar with Boyagian oils, they are THE best citrus extracts out there, folks. I've been using the boxed set of orange/lemon/lime for years now and it's just as good as when it was new! This stuff is very strong and just a few drops will do ya! Well worth the investment:

My last batch was made with a bit more chocolate than usual and I used flax meal, shreded organic coconut(unsweetened) and sunflower nuts(unsalted). I was out of Stevia so I used Davinchi's Sugar Free, Vanilla flavored syrup.

I am trying to get as far away from unnatural foods as I can so I went to using Stevia instead of Splenda or Davinchi's syrups....

El yummo!

I am soooo excited to find this recipe!!

Being dairy free, gluten free, soy free and low carb has made it extremely hard to find sweet treats that I can eat. A big thank you to whoever created the original recipe!

I just made some, didn't have heavy cream so I used half n half not a good idea it seperated, so to save it I put 2tb. unsweetned peanut butter and some unsalted peanuts in it and I used erythriol to sweeten it, tastes like a Mr. goodbar, so glad I was able to save it.

I added a drop or two of rose water essence to my last batch for that Turkish delight flavor.
Also, other batches have been made with macadamias crushed through them, it makes them better for avoiding frozen chocolate vs teeth, and seeing which will win.

I've added a shake of cayenne powder at times...gives it a nice little kick, but DH doesn't care for it so I don't do it often. I've wanted to try lavender, but for the same reason I'd have to make two separate batches...one with, one without, LOL.
