Hi all, I started Atkins in late September, lost 16lbs in the first 3 weeks but, don't seem to be losing much at the moment. I do feel good though and plenty of energy.

Anyone out there know where I can get my hands on lowcarb bread and sugar free jam?
Also Dunnes Stores in Clonmel are doing the same Atkins foods as Boots, but much cheaper.

Irish LC store would be great.

that's cool, before LC, I used to eat the nutty bunch (or something like that) from Johnston Mooney and O'Brien, bet that's tasty.

I got some lc bread from the Tesco in Stoneybatter, its also 7 carbs per slice, but I found it to be quite airy...
