Well,I hope I can make this go on for a while....
I have started last week some exercise routine 10 minutes and cycling on a stationary bike for ten minutes and alhamdulillah, I have worked myself gradually up, to walking 45 minutes .
The weather is better we still ahve AC's on but the terrible humidity is less plus the heat is less.

Still holding on,alternating walking one day and cycling and exercising the next!!

Hi Red!!Thanks for the support!

Today is Friday ,I have to cook a huge meal I have company for lunch,so I am saving my breath for all the cookin'!!
Yesterday though I did walk for about 45 minutes (shopping!!).

I have been alternating walking and exercising everyday all through last week .....I had some extra climbing stairs(four storeys high,no elevator),and still going,wish me luck.
