Question

Hi all,

Anybody have suggestions for a shake-like creation made from something other than whey protein, cream or other dairy and also no psyllium?? I've had soy before, unfortunately most of the brands that are actually palatable, like GeniSoy, are also high carb, 12 to 16 per serving. I have some plain 0 carb isolated soy here. I wonder if I could give a try with coconut milk, or maybe make some homemade nut milk. Wish I had DaVinci syrup, but I don't, and I'm unable and unwilling to drive all over the place to look for it.

It's not a crisis, I can live without having a shake for breakfast, but it would be nice for something fast, filling and hi-protein, lo-carb over the holidays, especially when I'm sick of ham and turkey!!

Please tell me if you know of a soy shake that's LOWCARB, preferably less than 5 per serving, and if it's at least palatable.

thanks, Doreen
