Gosh, I dont know why suddenly I got it, and so bad aswell. I cant pass water without screaming from pain Drinking more water today.

Oh actually, I guess I can take cranberry tablets? They shant have any carbs will they?

ooooooh it sounds painfull!! ouch

Im not sure about cranberry tablets containing carbs but I think they might do!?

I think you can get stuff over the counter, when I was working in Boots last year, one of my co-workers suffered badly with UTI, and I am sure she went and got something to relive it, without a perscription.

Hi KoKo,
thank you, that does make me feel good. I really dont want ANY excuses or anything to stop me from starting Atkins properly. I will drink more and more water. Oh boy, that pain is soooo bad I am dreading to go to loo.

Oh, Iburnikell, you will get more than enough exercise with little Joshua Looking after kids is such a hard work (but gosh, is'int it all worth it ). Only one more day to go. I love spaggetti bolognase, and that is sometihng I will miss a lot. If I have time tomorrow before going out I will cook it and stuff myself with it Wash it donw with plenty of water ofcourse.

Love,
Celia

I bet she got stuff for a yeast infection, they sell that over the counter!!! I hope you can get it Celia, but if not you should make an appointment with a Doc and they can test you to see if it is a UTI - it might not be. I was SO convinced that's what I had and it turned out not to be - they even did a blood test after the urine test and I came back clean for everything - so am STILL slugging the water down. I am so good at drinking water now that I can go for weeks without having a painful pee!!! (what a thing to be bragging about ) at least 2 litres Celia, probably more till your bladder has a bit of time to let the inflamation die down a bit)
