Default just an update...

today is Saturday the 27th of July and it's now been 9 days...NO serious withdrawals (either that or my body is so used to withdrawal that it no longer pays attention)...for those of you interested in quitting, just a couple of things i think i did right (for a change)....I did cut back quite a bit in that last two weeks...I did have it FIRMLY in my mind that I was going to quit....and I have some support - my health insurance covers a program called "Free and Clear" which I subscribed to...and a counselor calls every six-8 weeks...but then we talk for about a half hour (she called yesterday)...and I can call her anytime i want....but...one tip she gave me was to avoid smokers as much as possible...especially during the first few weeks...my downfall, last time I quit, was being around friends who smoke - for long periods of time, either at the kitchen table drinking coffee or going out for drinks...that's deadly for me...so...good luck to anyone that wants to quit. I've actually LOST 5 lbs since my quit date....it is a miracle....i am grateful...and i do pray - a lot.

Good luck all!
