I ran out of eggs so had a can of sardines this morning, mashed with mayo and Dijon mustard, and my usual cup or two of decaf coffee with half-and-half.

Two eggs and sauerkraut fried in butter in the same pan; green beans on the side; two cups of decaf coffee with half-and-half. The pan-fried sauerkraut was a delicious accompaniment to the fried eggs! Going to add that to my A list.

This week I am having Parm Eggs. This AM I got involved with something else and burnt it on one side, but even burnt, Parm eggs are still good. Coffee/HC, spoon coconut oil.

Took care of the turkey giblets today (less the neck and gizzard). Diced heart & liver sautéed in butter, then scrambled with 2 eggs and a pinch of dehydrated onion. Not bad. Two sausage links and coffee with HWC on the side.
