Is coleslaw bad for you when you on low carb diet?
I'm really curious, I started eat coleslaw at lunch time because i
was getting tired of salads. i start gaining a pound a week for the last 2 weeks. And thats the only thing i really changed. Other than uping my carb.
I guess my question is should i be eating coleslaw ( Bag kind)?

Most recipes add sugar to cole slaw, so yes it would be unless you've made it yourself.
The stuff in the bag, that's just raw cabbage should be fine, as long as it's not heavy on the carrots. I'm assuming the cole slaw you had was prepared with some creamy mayo type of sauce.
You could use splenda and make your own SF cole slaw which would be wonderfully low carb. Man I love cole slaw. mmm mmm mmmm...

As long as there isn't added sugar, it's fine. I think, though, you may have answered your own question, though...you said you're upped your carbs and started gaining...
How much have you upped them, and with what foods? If you post a day's menu, we might be able to help you spot any problem foods...
you can make a really low-carb cole slaw dressing with mayo, squirt of mustard, dash of celery seeds, packet of Splenda, couple of Tablespoons of cream to thin to the desired consistency... you can always add a dash of garlic powder or onion powder if you want...
