Thanks, Grav. Just watched David Diamond's presentation on cholesterol and LDL which is compelling. I've seen him present this before, and he's improved the message and presentation. Rainy and cold here this weekend as well, so this will be a reasonable substitute for not spending a lot of time outdoors.
