Not sure on exercise today. I've got a butterfly bush, a lilac bush, and some rose bushes to plant before it hits 100. That might be it for the exercise. Trying to get back to P90x since I've set the den up for doing exercising, etc.

Ohh, drool running down my chin because you can grow lilacs. They're my favorite, and they can't grow in Phoenix - it never gets cold enough. People have tried pouring ice around the roots, and that doesn't work either. All your new bushes sound good. And yeah, planting them will be plenty of exericse for today.

I need to get back to formal exercise, though I'm not sure that's going to happen today. I still need to plant 2 more trees in the back and then there's a sound test/party for a new audio company tonight. Depending on how all that goes, I'm going to try and at least hit the gym tomorrow morning for spinning.

The weather is starting to get nice off and on (60s today, 30s and snow tomorrow ) and I really want to get toned back up so I'm less uncomfortable in shorts and t-shirts when it actually stays warm.
Weekly exercise routine for the next month:
2x Kickboxing
3x Zumba
7x pilates
Then I'll re-evaluate and make changes as needed.
Yesterday:
- Pilates
Today:
- Pilates
- Zumba
Also starting LC again today after several months more off than on. Starting relatively low then working my way back up the ladder. I'm also back to tracking my food on My Fitness Pal. Life has been so out of control for so long that something needs to give and for once, it needs to not be my health and well-being.

Obviously I didn't stick with that ^^.
I need to make changes to my workouts based on my schedule. Next month (I think towards the end, I need to check), I'll have hockey Tuesday nights and one other day a week. And my friend wants me to start pole dancing with him, which I could transfer doing when I move since my friend has a studio she takes lessons at down there.
I'm also considering buying an elliptical though I can get a gym membership at work for <$10/pay period and since I'm carpooling with DH and getting dropped off early I can go before work.
I'm also going to start tracking my steps again. It worked when I did it a few years ago so I'm going to try it again.

I've joined a gym that's 24 hrs M-F and 7-7 Sat-Sun. I'm hoping my that once the house fiasco is over I'm hoping to get there 5 times a week in addition to my daily runs/walks. I've got a 5k on the 28th so I need to get back on my running schedule.
