Well Entropy means chaos and I have had a very chaotic week
I’m going to be on a different plan that incorporates vegetables and maybe a little fruit but no high carb non nutritional stuff and I think this challenge will help me be accountable. I weighed myself on Wednesday morning and I was 184. I will only change my stat if weight is considerably higher tomorrow but I think I should not be as scale obsessed and Just work on my best self.

Congrats again to Lowjax for being a constant source of inspiration!
