Default Meat substitute for Wassabi Glaze

Hi Karen,
I have 4 friends coming for dinner.
2 are having salmon with the wassabi but the other two don't like fish.
Would chicken work? If not could you please suggest another.

Appreciate your help and love your recipes
Christina

I think pork would be a better choice. Maybe crusted with sesame seeds?

Wow! You've got a lot of catching up to do!

To go with the wasabi glaze, the Snowpea, Red Pepper, and Daikon Salad, Cauliflied Rice to which you add some toasted sesame seeds.

For an app, Shrimp and Nori Rolls.

Thanks for the advice.
I am sitting here reading your reply and already have the book open to the suggested salad.

For some reason, low carb cooking and your recipes make entertaining easy. You don't have to worry about making sure everything is hot at the same time (that is what I'm always scared of).

Thank you so much for your help
I remember meeting you in Vancouver at the fish house as a McCain rep and thought you were a superstar then...I still work for McCain in Halifax but now I'm going to "sell" your cook book to anyone who will listen!

Well that's cool! And whoa, it was a long time ago that we met.
