My goal was to do 2 up 2 down....but I just couldnt...but Im happily drenched in sweat freezing cold...so with that said Im going outside to dry/cool off in the 100+ degree weather....LOL

Heck yeah! I'd check them out for you, but I don't have resistance bands, love... only free weights. (<- I missed this little guy, didn't you?) (<- I missed him, too!)

As for takin' a walk.. I did last night and I'll be on the treadmill a little while later again tonight.

Has ANYONE tried this....pretty basic stuff all you need are handweights 33 minutes goes pretty quick too.
