Thumbs up tasty salsa mushrrom steak

Hey everybody,
I just tryed it tonight and boy was it excellent. Here is what i did.

I took 1 steak any kind will do and I put that bad boy on the grill. Then You break out a nice big pan put some olive oil in it and let it heat up on med. Then you take a can of unsalted mushrooms and let that cook up in the pan for 15 min. make sure you check on that steak. then our in about half of low carb salsa in the pan and and sprinkle with cayen pepper stir it around on med for 5 min and let it cook a bit. now go take your juicy steak out slap it on a dish and then put the mushroom/salsa/cayen mix on top of the steak. Plus as a added bonus I put a 2 table spoons of sour cream with chives on my steak. This is a killer dish that I wanted to share with my fellow low carbers. I hope you enjoy it. Let me know what you think......

OOOH, that sounds good! I bought some salsa yesterday hoping I could do something with it. I was thinking of heating it up with cream cheese & heavy cream (maybe a little sour cream?) to make a creamy salsa sauce to put over chicken. Since it will be a total experiment I'm a bit nervous. Maybe I'll try yours instead! Thanks!
