Leftover Turkey Idea

Of course works with chicken, too.

Enchiladas (sort of)
--------------------------
1 lb. cooked turkey, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. can green chiles
1 can green enchilada sauce (I used Old El Paso)
1 cup cheddar and/or jack cheese, grated

Combine turkey, cream cheese and chiles in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Stir until warmed through.

Spoon into casserole dish and top with enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until bubbly.
