Smile Hydroxycut w/ Caffeine?

I have been on Atkins for 7 weeks. I am interested in doing hydroxcut with caffeine and want to know if anyone else has done this and has it helped.
I work out 4 times a week at the gym and also play roller derby.
Is it ok to have caffeine?

Yes, I've tried them all to no good effect. I recommend against these types of pills. It is basically only the caffeine that inhibits appetite (which has the reverse effect on some, setting off cravings). If you are set on trying this type of pill, save yourself alot of money and just go buy a bottle of No-Doz.

I drink a cup of coffee every morning and caffeine hasn't bothered me. I sometimes drink a second cup before going to exercise (in the a.m.) as some studies have indicated that caffeine, on an empty stomach, helps with endurance.

It's a waste of money. Instead of buying crappy pills, buy yourself some more steak and butter.

Caffeine is what you don't want and not Atkins approved. It raises your blood sugar. Why not just stay to the plan and eat well. Losing the weight is the easy part. Learning how to keep it off it the real goal. Save the money and buy some new clothes with it

2bthinagn - can you post some meal plans? Geez o' pete, I'd almost sever my left arm for 7 pounds a week!!!!

I've used the stack to get weight off and it's not worth it. Now i'm at 2 cups of coffee per day and I've cut out diet soda 95% - I feel better for it.

Here is a typical day for me

eggs (2) over medium
2 bacon

small salad with ranch - somedays I'll just eat deli meat, somedays I will have left over dinner (meat and veggies)

chicken wings or steak - with broccoli

I know it doesn't seem like much, but it fills me up. Obviously I don't eat that everyday.

This is the menu for today:
Omelette (cheese, ham, eggs)

Bratwurst (cut in slices with mustard)
Cottage cheese

Chicken with sauted mushrooms

I think that the key for me, is working out - atleast 3 times a week - just walking and I also play rollerderby so that is huge cardio workout.

Also - I drink 1 gallon of water and I don't drink any soda or caffeine. I was drinking atleast 1 soda a day.

I also use a lot of the low carb tortillas - you can use these as a sanwhich roll up, you can bake them and make nachos, you can make tacos or quasidillas as well.

Let me know if you need more tips!!!

Isnt 21 pounds in 7 weeks = 3 pounds a week not 7 pounds a week?

I agree. there are no magical pills. They may make a minor difference, but not that much.
