I am new to the low carb diet but i found the BEST snack!! (well I think so) Its called fried cheese. Its a type of cheese you fry in oil until its golden brown, let it cool and it gets a little crispy on the outside. It is sooooo good!!! Its available in the supermarket. Its usually in the cheese section. Its actually a spanish cheese called "queso para frier". One of the brands I tried was Tropical. So if you are a cheese lover definatly give this one a shot!!!!
