I use the nurses office scale at work - I figure it's relentlessly accurate (It's also a good place to pick up latest low fat literature).
Anyway, today I could see that I finally slipped past my goal. Wow. Why didn't you guys tell me? If somebody had sold me on the Low Carb diet by shouting "Hey! drop 27.5 lbs in 6 or 7 years" I may not have tried it. (Also, if somebody had told me I would be eating saturated coconut fat, rendering my own lard, avoiding whole grains, I would have thought them nuts).
Thanks

Nobody can say that you see this as a diet and not a total change of your life!
