Default Feel like a winner

What do you do to make yourself feel good about this WOE? Two things I've learned, and am still learning:
1. Picture yourself as a winner. Even when those around you are whispering (and not too quietly) about how they can't see that you've lost so much weight for such a wierd diet.
2. Focus on what you can eat, instead of what you can't. It sounds so simple, but it really does make a difference. Focus on the do's and the don't's will take care of themselves.

Good thinking.. Sometimes, I think the compliments come from more than just my physical shrinking.. Perhaps, they can really seeing me glowing from inside. A higher self esteem perhaps?
