Default Saturday, 25 November ~ what's on your menu plans for today SBers??

Today's planned menus:
Breakfast: FF Fromage Frais with ricotta, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, V8 juice
Mid-morning snack: Celery sticks with hummus
Lunch: Omelette with side salad
Mid-afternoon Snack: Cottage cheese and pear
Dinner: Sirloin steak, sweet potatoes, broccoli

B: Chickpeas and Cottage Cheese
S Vegies and Hummus
L Chili made with black soy beans, chicken strips, a few tablespoons of salsa and LOTS of s/f chili powder. This is yummy.
Snack Vegies and HB egg
Dinner: Cauliflower Soup and chooped salad
