Went to the gym again today and what a workout it was! I stepped on the scale at the gym and it said I had lost 5 pounds since Monday. Well whatever I am doing it is working. Another day at the gym tomorrow and I am going to give it all I have got!
I went to the gym today but I felt awful.
I did my warm up and sit up machines
I did my weight routine
Then I only managed 20 min on treadmill. I felt too bad to continue so I went home after that. If I am not feeling well tomorrow I will give the gym a miss
No gym today as I am feeling awful! I just want to stay in bed but that is not possible. I will convince myself to do my tummy exercises later but I think that is it today
