This is a link to the Journals forum here. There are 2 threads at the top of that forum that tell you how to do it.

Basically, you will start a new thread there and title it whatever you want your journal to be called. The title can be changed later if you want.

I keep trying to go away from the beach, to make things happen "faster"...but I just believe that this is healthiest way to eat! So I am going to take it one day at a time and try to stay the course, all the way, regardless of what the scale is doing. (Should say I won't be adding grains until close to the end because frankly, I'm a carbwhore).

Try not give yourself absolutes...then not follow through as that appears to be what sticks it to you. Maybe you will be able to have a bit of a grain while you are still losing. Only time will tell!!

Give yourself lots of room to screw up and not feel bad about it!!

Thanks so much, Judy! Ooh, I like that idea of not giving absolutes (as you know, I really struggle with rigid guidelines). Really am going to take this one step at a time...one second at a time.
