Up 4 lbs. Holy FUCK wheat is NOT my friend. I'm stuffy, achy, and bloated right now. My sinuses feel like the inside of a dried cement truck.

Over the past 2 days I did have pizza and Chinese food. The pizza was as good as I remembered, the Chinese wasn't, but I think that's because they failed to actually FRY the fried rice and the sauce was a watered down mess. The LC stuff I make is 100 times better.

Still no blood test results (not surprised).

Back on track and get this damn water weight off. In THEORY I can start back to the gym now.

Hi Amelda. Just stopping in to see how you are doing. Sorry to hear about the gluten and crap that you are going through. Hope things start going better for you.

Hang in there and you will be back on track soon.

I'm officially sick. Which sucks because the tub faucet is f'ed up (I found that out WHILE in the bath trying to get my head to unstuff). I could fix it myself or make the builder fix it - which is what I'm going to do after cutting my hand trying to get it to stop spraying water everywhere...It's an issue with the diverter, so it's a simple problem. Regardless, this house is brand new and this shouldn't be happening.

So off to do that and try and wake up. Weight is probably down, but I was up drinking water all night so there was no change on the scale.

I'm sorry you're sick, Mel. Water does help, and for me, also Vitamin C and elderberry/elderflower and colloidal silver. And sleeping (ha!) with my head propped up on a wedge. This too shall pass.

Yesterday was a nightmare. A family friend died, another friend was trapped on a train and is now stuck without power and food because of the power plant explosion (luckily everyone else is alive and accounted for), and to a very lesser extent, I'm still fighting to get my tub fixed (and now found a crack in the house's foundation).

I still need to buy tickets to Vegas, but I can't justify that (is there suddenly a bubble on a usually cheap flight because I'm making reservations (kind of like Colorado was back and forth). And I've got matting and framing to do today.

Food: Who cares.

Exercise: Hopefully the gym tomorrow if I feel up to it.

I'm sorry for your loss of your family friend, Mel. There's no way to understand something like that.

I'm just laying low right now because my head is in a bad place.

We're fighting with the city over clean water again (I will be DAMNED if I will go 2 weeks with shit colored water again and be told to "deal with it - it's fine") and the repair people the builder contacted to fix the master bath fan and the tub are morons (fan douche "forgot" to show up - and was suppose to be here almost an hour ago and the plumber could care less about even setting up an appointment). And now DH is being a tool so I've just locked myself in my room and am making him deal with it since I'm the one that usually has to (he told the electric moron "it's okay" that we'd been sitting here waiting an hour and he now may or may not show up - the fucking hell it's okay! And now I'm the bad guy, as usual, for being "mean" and getting mad that people aren't professional and do their damn jobs - like show up on time when I've got stuff I need to do...).

And I got my blood tests back and everything is "normal". Then why do I feel like shit all the time. I'm just done playing this game and having to alter my life because I feel like crap all the time.
