You have done GREAT with the weightloss, good for you!
I will say it again, like I have over and over, water is one of the main ingredients to any plan.
If you drink 64ozs. a day and another 8 ozs. for every 25 pounds overweight you are, you will be suprised how fast the weight drops.![Smilie](/images/smilies/smile.gif)
So, eat right. At least walk daily if you do not exercise yet, and drink water until you feel like you are drowning!
