Default Kale chips

I've seen several people on TV talking about Kale chips, so I decided to try them. Just wash the kale leaves, dry them, take out the big veins and rip them into bite size pieces. Drizzle with olive oil and bake on parchment covered cookie sheets for about 7 or 8 minutes. I then sprinkled sea salt on them when I took them out of the oven. They are very tasty!
