Default The Atkins bread and tortilla factory tortillas?

I've finally lost 10 pounds and was thinking of purchasing the tortillas but my question is whether these can stall you?

I have tried the bread and didnt' have any problems I just didn't want to buy the tortillas if others have had issues with them.

I used the search function to see if anyone addressed this but didn't see any specific info regarding my question. Forgive me if this has been discussed already.

Thanks
Jenny

These aren't as likely to stall you as, say, LC ice cream is. I recommend the Mama Lupe's tortillas instead of the La Tortilla Factory, though. I find the LaTortillas rubbery and nasty, but the Mama Lupe's are really good. You can order them from www.netrition.com.

Do be careful, though, that you don't skimp on veggies in order to save carbs for bread or tortillas. Veggies should always come before other carbs like this.

I tried the Don Pancho (at Wal-Mart) low carb tortillas this weekend. They are pretty good, much cheaper than other ones, and, best of all, contain no trans-fats (though they do contain soy protein). All others that I have found have transfats AND are very spendy.
