Just a reminder for those who might be interested...Food Network Canada is showing The Low Carb Revolution tonight at 7pm PT as part of their No More Excuses Marathon. It repeats at 11pm PT

I'm watching it right now and it's fairly dissapointing so far. I keep waiting for Karen to have her own LC cooking show! (hint, hint!)

Yeah, it wasn't exactly what I thought it would be but at least it gets low carb out there a bit more. I was thinking the same thing you were...wouldn't it be great if Karen had a Low Carb show.

I wonder if the food network is going to come around with a weekly show or something. I would definitely watch it. I have always loved watching cooking shows lc or not.
