French toast covered in rich maple syrup topped with fresh strawberries and bluberries with whipped cream.

Talk about something I've missed!

Is there anything I could substitute for pork rinds - I absolutely will not put one near my mouth.

Thanks.

Honestly, French Toast made with pork rinds instead of bread is a too wide a spatial concept for me to ever bridge the gap on. LOL

Ok It Is Official!!!
The stuff is GREAT My 12 year old daughter just agreed with me .
I did not make the syrup but I sprinkled equal on the top of it and I loved it . I did add vanilla to the rec. since I add it to the regular
stuff.
Vbrowne,
All I can tell you is to give someone else the rec. and the stuff and have them do everything else ecept fry and eat it! When you see it after it has sit for the 5min. you will notice it smells and looks just like oatmeal or pancake mix! I promise you should like it !

nonnamamma

my mother is doing Atkins, maybe I'll ask her to make some before she comes for her weekly visit, you see with Pork Rinds, the smell just blows me away as soon as the bag is open. I'll let you know how I like it next week, she visits on Sundays.

I may have to try this. It sounds really gross. But, putting it in meatload sounded gross also.
