Love these! This is the first LC recipe I've tried that turned out super. It's definitely a keeper.

Ground raw almonds in my blender to make the almond flour. (You have to stop just before it turns to almond butter! The one pound bag of almonds yielded about 5 cups of almond flour.)

I used a scant 1/2 cup Splenda and substituted maple flavoring for the almond flavoring.

Even my kids give them two thumbs up !!
