Default Book/Website CKD or Body Opus

I am not clear on the program. Since I prefer intense weight training and cardio, I am very interested in this program. Is there a book or a website that explains it more in depth than is what on these threads?

Here are links to Part I, II and III of a paper Lyle McDonald wrote on the CKD:

Enjoy and let us know if you decide on a CKD!

Lyle McDonald wrote a great book on the matter, which goes into great scientific detail (I just mentioned this on another post - I hope I get a commission from this or something). His site is www.theketogenicdiet.com.

Hope that helps.

Bo-Man,
I edited your post to reflect the actual page that has the Body Opus book on it. The original link made you have to search for it.
