Angry I Need a Kick in the Butt!!!

I am soooo disgusted. I had been doing so well and then the holidays hit. I went off CAD all last week. I didn't realize how much better CAD made me feel. Last week, I was bloated and felt yucky. Well, today is the start of a new day and week. The holidays are over and I am starting my new years resolution early. Sometimes I just need a kick in the butt to get myself in gear again.
Thanks for letting me vent!
Cindy

Yeah you're back! Don't worry about the past and don't tell yourself your behind. Let the yucky feeling motivate you to do well today. It'll take a few days to get rid of the cravings and yucky feelings and you'll be fine.

Hi Cindy:

I'm in the same boat as you, but the very positive thing is that we've both realized how much better we feel on CAD. Let's do what Nawchem says and put the past behind us!

Cheers!!

Just remember guys! DO kick yourself in the butt, but there IS always tomorrow! . I've been all week! Well all except ONE day..two nights ago. I had my RM dinner, and then later at night, I went to the movies, and could NOT resist a starbucks frappucino,..had THAT, plus roasted almonds! ouch! Didn't realize how awful it'd make me feel aftewards! The whole night I felt as if my stomach was holding quintruplets (form of expression..never had quintruplets..or a baby for that matter.lol). My stomach felt awful, and I had a bad night's sleep..and the next morning I woke up feeling awful as well!

I guess that showed me! Next time I'll make sure I have a frap during my RM ;

Hehehe, invitation to kick someones butt?? Lol, ok I get it...

Anyways, let this STICK in your mind that you feel this way after not treating your body how it likes. I know how wonderful my bod feels during CAD, and how disgusting I feel off of it. The days that I do decide to take off (Xmas, Thanksgiving, etc) I have found that limiting myself even still is a good idea and keeping common sense. Eating until I am full and REMEMBERING how yucky I feel if I overdo it.

So think of this as an important aspect of this woe. It shows you just how much your body doesn't like to be disrespected LOL!

Anyways, climb on board and get back into the swing of things. We all are in this together, and when we fall, the best thing to do is get up and tell others what made you fall so we all learn. Even if it is you just tripping on untied shoe laces (lack of planning) we all can learn.

Anyways, lol, consider this a KICK and a BOOT (to get back up)!!!
