Has anyone tried the "So Nice" unsweetend soy beverage and if so how do you find it compares to the lowcarb "milk" I've taken to drinking the soy and enjoy it but was wondering what others thought in comparission.

BTW the Soy, it only has 2 net carbs per cup/250ml

Default Finally Low Carb Milk in Thunder Bay

We finally got the low carb milk here in Thunder Bay and I have to say it tastes pretty good. Took long enough.

My store stopped selling my LC milk and it was so lovely tasting. I have seen the Soya Oh So Nice at the store .I wondered how safe it is for a man to drink or eat Soya. After all, women take Soya to boost their Estrogens…

That which makes soy the most unsafe affects men AND women: most soy products are genetically modified. You CAN find non-GM soy and even non-GM organic soy, and it even tastes better!

So nice brand soy drinks are gmo free, if i recall so are silk and several others sold here in canada. I don't drink soy milk as is ever, but it works well for some cooking (the unsweetened so nice), and as an ingredient in breakfast shakes that i will occasionally make.

(I personally don't beleive in the "soy is dangerous" crowd....just so long as a person doesnt overdo it....I love tofu and i couldnt live without it!)
