Hi All
I am new to this site and am glad to find support as I kick the sugar habit. For the past 3 weeks I have been eating according to Phase 1 of South Beach diet and have lost 4 pounds. Hoping to find some good tips here. During this “stay at home” period of the pandemic I decided to focus on self-improvement, after a brief period of baking and carbing out.
Hoping to encourage others along the way.
