Starches are vehicles for the sauces or fats. A baked potato without the butter or sour cream tastes like cardboard

I grew up with Italian-American parents. When times were rough, we has macaroni two times a week. You'd think I'd be tired of it, but I'm not. But I don't eat it.

Your only currency in life is time. My parents died early due to obesity related diseases. I like being alive and plan to hang out a while. Giving up some foods I love is a small price to pay for more years on the planet. There are other foods I also like that fit in my WOE.
