Day 8 - 90 days ends October 10, 2020
1. On plan with steady weight loss. On plan today. Packed enough food, worked then had to go to the dealership with the truck. 172.4
2. Alcohol limited to 2 cups per week. (in increments - 2 oz a day) Niece came over and I had a drink with them, plus tasting sister's experiments so 12 oz today. Will seriously strive to stay within 16 oz this week.
3. Exercise 5 X a week for 15 minutes, focus on walking.
4. Proper skin care daily, including extra a few times a week.
