Yesterday: 3 mile workout with 5 pound weights-49 minutes
Today 4 Mile workout no weights- 1 hour
Well here we are a couple days after the pilaties workout and I do feel it in my tummy. Unfortunately i also feel it in my tailbone wich is my own falt because I don't have a proper mat. Regardless I think this will be fabulouse when I'm ready to focus wholey on toning. I am however still trying to loose so I wont be replacing any cardio workouts with pilaties.
