Yesterday: 3 mile workout with 5 pound weights-49 minutes

Today 4 Mile workout no weights- 1 hour

Well here we are a couple days after the pilaties workout and I do feel it in my tummy. Unfortunately i also feel it in my tailbone wich is my own falt because I don't have a proper mat. Regardless I think this will be fabulouse when I'm ready to focus wholey on toning. I am however still trying to loose so I wont be replacing any cardio workouts with pilaties.

I didn't post yesterday but I did both a 2 and a 3 WATP work out. I also did a pilatis 2o minute work out. It felt pretty good I havent done anything today yet besides shop but I will.

Evening - 3 Mile WATP dvd -49 minutes. I just found out that netflix has some new Leslie sanson dvds that release on november 30th. I hope to give those a shot along with some others as I wonder if this is getting a bit to easy for me.

Morning- Another 3 mile with 5 pound weights. I have some new workout dvds coming from Netflix so I'll probably try to vary it up a litte more. I am in the xmas challenge so I plan on working out 6 days a week through xmas- the end of the year actually.

Tonight I did a 2 mile walk wih the weights but I also did a tammy lee dvd to work the abs and butt.

4 mile walk away the pounds with no weights. I think tomorrow I'll make myself take the day off.

I have been sooo lax about updating my gym log. But I did work out yesterday. It was short but consise and I did the same work out today.

2 mile WATP with 5 pound weights.

4 mile walk away the pounds workout. I also worked on my arms a bit. I think I can see a small amount of definition in them.

Woopse forgot to post yesterday but I did do m workout. Today I did two. a 2 mile watp with 5 pound weights. And this evening I did a 3 mile withthe same weights.
