easy creamy fruit smoothie
for the last little while ive been eating this every morning, very low carb abd taste like the real thing, not like a slushy which i hate!
1 cup of soy milk
1 tbs of sour cream ( dont know why, but it removes the taste of soy lol)
a few ice cubes
a bit of crystal lite. ( much less than the recommended amount per water on the box, its too strong, i just sprinkle a bit)
mix in the blender and voila. i also add some strawberries sometimes. its super good. my favorite is the strawberry banana crystal lite. its so simple, but sooo good :
