Am I a Turtle?
How do you classify Turtles? By poundage loss? By inches loss??
I have not had any movement in my weight since last year. I have remained in the 160's for at least 5 months. However, I have started measuring every month and I have seen a progressive loss every month from 1/4 in to 2 in in various areas.
So if I am slowly losing inches then I am not a turtle but if I look at my weight my turtle has turned to stone.
Any ideas??
With regards to my measurements, I remember Rachel told me once that my body is reshaping. So I am praying for a flat stomach and long legs. :P
My definition of a turtle is someone who has followed their chosen plan to a "T", researched, tweaked and made adjustments, and still experienced a slow rate of loss.
Very little side-stepping in the form of going back and forth between high-carb, low-carb and a minimum of alcoholic beverages would fit in there too.

MMMMMmmmm - Deep Thinking Sound!
Thanks for the definition Karen.
I have to rethink some of the alcohol I have been consuming over the holidays. I have tried to stick with Low Carb as much as I could, but it sure was hard passing up home made short bread cookies.
