How do you determine the right amt of protein,carbs etc for people in normal healt?I find this differs according to the plan being sold...but what is the stated %...for this? Does it differ according to sex,age or ? Thanks,PL

If you are asking this in regards of the Carb Addict's diet, you really don't need to pay much attention to this....just follow the clear guidelines in your book.

Any of the Hellers' books gives pretty much the same plan and lists of foods they consider high- or low-carb and the protein sources you can use to build your menus.

If your question is of a more general nature, perhaps it should not have been moved over here.
