Did a light workout of push ups and sit-ups. This is the first time I've done sit-ups these last few weeks and let me tell ya...I totally felt them. Good God my abs are weak. So I think when I do 3/4 Cardio tomorrow that I'm going to attempt the abs workouts at the end of it. This will more than likely help get rid of the pooch I've got going on.

Just found this - good gosh, you are SO active on here!!! Good for you! =)

Other than walking, I've just been lifting 8 pound weights - total freestyle-whatever-I-feel-like-doing. lol. Totally winging it, but I feel like something is better than nothing. I probably should try to do some push-ups and other arm exercises if I want to truly tone up my arms. I hate how my arms always seem to bulk up before they actually lose weight. So annoying!

Keep up you good work! Looks like you're definitely making this a good habit! =)
