Default Cook books arived, yayyyy :)

I got my two new cookbooks today "Splendid Low-Carbing" and "more Splendid Low-carbing" They feature low carb cooking using splenda, and it's not all just sweet things. She also has books out called "Splendid Desserts". With these books

all recipies are under 10g of carbs
75% are under 5g carbs, and 40% are under 3 g carbs.

I'll share any interesting recipes I find in them. If anyone else is interested in getting a copy they sell them at
www.sweety.com

Thanks for the link!! This will come in handy when I am off of induction and have family outings! Plus, my Mom is diabetic. So, I can find some stuff in it for her also. This is so cool!

amazon.com has a whole section of low carb cookbooks, but I have no clue if any are good. I did order a couple of the more interesting ones though and will let you know how they are.

This is my main problem, ordering things. I got over my caffine an carb addiction, and became addicted to shopping I know I can't afford it and shouldn't, but so hard to resist.
