Ok, fair enough - I don't think Mercola is 100% on the mark either (who is). However, there are other sources that give the potential dangers of soy. Westonaprice.org is another good website to check out - click on "Soy Alert!" and there is a wealth of information on the subject.
As I said before, I have done my own research; avoiding processed soy products is a choice I came to believe would be best for me. Everyone should do their own research to make their own informed decisions about what they are putting into their bodies.
Also, I do believe that replacing regular, iodized table salt with natural sea or Himalayan salt is a big step toward bettering our health, but once again, that's a subject that I have done my own research on and feel have made my own informed decision on.
