Lightbulb Twisted idea on Mock Danish

I saw the post on the Mock Danish and had to give it a try. I did like it but had to use more splenda than I wanted to get it to taste sweet. Then it really wasnt something I felt I would want every day. I think the sweetness made me want to nibble all day.
I got the idea to do something a little different from someone else who said they had tweaked it with some ham or something.

I call mine.. a cream cheese microwave omelet

I used the Philly sour cream and onion cream cheese.
2 tbs
Micro waved it about 10 to 15 seconds.
Then broke two eggs into the cream cheese.
Added salt (like the amount I like on fried eggs)
Added pepper
Then cooked on high power for about 2 minutes.
Then took it out and coated it with a thin layer of butter
then flipped it and micro waved it about 20 more seconds to finish cooking the very bottom of it.

I placed it in a sandwich baggie and ate it on the way to work.
OMG.. it was awesome. I will cook this until I am tired of it.

For those that dont like creem cheese, it doesnt taste like it has cream cheese in it. It is more like a fluffy omelet.

since i dont do splenda i do this:

microwave 4 tbs cream cheese for 15 sec.. mix in 2 small eggs and a bit of shredded cheese.. add some bacon bits and stir.. microwave for 1 min 30 sec..

yum!

i think someone on this board suggested it... I actually have had an egg intolerance in the past.. so i started this with one small egg and over time added another.. I really cant stand egg taste (because it has made me so sick before) so the extra cream cheese helps alot (since i love it)

I figure 2 tbs cream cheese = roughly 1 oz since the pkg is 16 oz 2 tbs is a serving and there are 15 servings in the pkg
