I'm particularly looking forward to hearing from Dr. Krista Scott-Dixon of Stumptuous fame and Megan Ramos.

Thanks for sharing this - I'm so glad Krista's Stumptuous site is still alive and well. Live-altering advice from her that I've shared with coworkers: when you have to bend down to lift something, look at the ceiling (or at least pretend you are.) This keeps your back straight. She was talking about doing squats, but whad'ya know - it's applicable to real life, too. I'm only partially kidding when I say she's probably kept me off disability.

Have just watched KSD's video.

As much as I like her Stumptous site and her workouts, it appears she is anti-keto/low carb for women

I completely forgot about it. Perhaps I didn't miss much. Meh.

I only register for these summits with my spam-trap email address, which I don't actually check very often... because they WILL spam you afterwards. I understand they're trying to make a few bucks and recover their costs, but it's gotten old on me now.
