Thumbs up Fake Fudge

Serves 1

2 Tbsp cream cheese
1/2 Tbsp cream
1 packet Splenda
1/4 tsp SteviaPlus
1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder


Place the cream cheese into a small microwave-safe dish and warm for about 30 seconds in the microwave. Add the cream, Splenda, SteviaPlus, and cocoa powder. Mix it well and eat it off of a spoon!

Carb: 4 grams
Calories: 126

That sounds good. But I'm afraid I have to disagree with your carb count. I estimate it (using MyPLAN) to be more like 4 carbs.
The packet of Splenda alone has 1, the cream cheese 0.8, cream 0.2 and the cocoa 1.9.

It's still pretty low carb, just a bit more than 1 carb per serving.
