Thanks for the tips. I was going to say that I was going to write that down so I could find it when I needed it when it occured to me I could copy it and save it in a word document called Karen's tips. Actually, I had thought of going through all the recipes from your cooking classes and typing up all your helpful hints. Even as I type this, I realize that downstairs place may freeze over by the time I get to it.

Maybe I'll just write it down in the back of your cookbook.

Cheers. Ruth

Now that sounds good. Much better than the disaster I attempted with cream cheese and stawberry jello this morning. I wonder what would happen if you would put this in an ice cream maker before it sets. Would it be similar to cherry garcia ice cream?

I think frozen Jell-o is weird in texture.

I don't know if there is cherry Crystal Light - or unsweetened Kool-Aid - but an ice cream custard mixed with that and the chocolate chunks, would get you close.

I use Crystal Light Cherry Pomegranate. Just today mixed it in with some whipped cream cheese and 2 Splenda packets. Have it cooling in fridge right now. Wonder how that would be frozen?

Made this today. After an hour in the fridge i remembered that I forgot to add the cold water. Mixed in a 1/2 cup of diet raspberry soda with really good results.
