Tomorrow will be 3 weeks smoke free, WOO HOO. It seems to get easier everyday. I know my triggers and am trying to stay away from them for at least a month. (probably longer, maybe forever, lol)

As it's National No Smoking Day here in the UK, I thought it would be a good idea to post my stats:

2261 days, 17 hours, 2 minutes and 4 seconds smoke free.
90468 cigarettes not smoked.
£21,117.74 and 23 months, 1 day, 1 hour of your life saved.

That's 6 years, 2 months and 11 days!

Very nice, Kisal and well done!
The money I have saved since quitting smoking 4 years ago is paying for both my daughters to get their black belts in Tang Soo Do (they're testing for their brown belts next month!) and will now pay for me to pursue a black belt in Tang Soo Do weapons...first class is Thursday.

Way to go to all the quitters!

Congratulations Kisal! I've been smoke free since June 23, 2008. Have you seen the cost of a pack of cigarettes lately. Omigod!!!
