I know there's something similar on this site somewhere, but here's my version:
Thick cut peppered bacon
Tube of uncooked pork sausage
6 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Scramble and cook the eggs and set aside. Lay out bacon in strips side-by-side (you can basket weave them if you wanna get fancy). Spread sausage out over the bacon strips. Put eggs and cheese in the middle and roll the whole thing up. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees until sausage is done and bacon is crispy. I can't remember how long it took.
